Yoga

Alright... Let me tell you.. Yoga does not play around, it is a work out! I've never done yoga because 1. I'm not limber at all and 2. Just didn't think that I would get anything out of it, but wow was I wrong. My roommate Maddy always does it and always incourages me to do it and so today was the day. I surprised myself and accomplished one of the moves! :) 

I know it doesn't look like much but wow was I excited!  

And some might not know this, but athletic clothing can be very fashionable! So today I have on black and hot pink yoga pants from (Nike) and an open back pink and purple sports bra from (Nike) as well.  And a black (Lu Lu Lemon) headband

Yoga was actually relaxing and I got my workout in for the day so I was happy :)
