On Wednesdays We Wear Green

Happy Hump Day! 

We are almost to Friday guys! Tomorrow is actually my Friday because I have Good Friday off from work, so you could say I am pretty excited about that. But this weekend is an exciting weekend, EASTER WEEKEND! I have come to the conclusion that I get excited about every holiday, no matter what it is. If you guys remember, I had given up desserts for lent, and Easter Sunday is the day that I can have them again! It was been really tough because I know I'm addicted, but it has felt really good to be able to this for myself and my relationship with God. I'm hoping that I don't crave sweets AS much anymore, but I would rather have dessert than a meal.... so we will see!

Today I wanted to show you this simple outfit that is super cute for weekend wear! Especially with this nice weather... well except for these past few days of rain. 

 I think this outfit is super fun and the olive color of the blouse is becoming a close second favorite color of mine. I really don't own a lot of clothing in this color, but when I do find something I love, I wear it all the time. No surprise here when I say that this shirt is from Forever 21, but it was $15 so I had to get it. The blouse is a very light, thin material that is perfect for spring weather. The only downside is that it wrinkles as soon as you put it on. 

The front of the blouse has the lace up style, which has been very popular in shirts and dresses this year. 

I am wearing my high waisted shorts like in my last post, I just wanted to show you guys the different outfits you can pair with high waisted shorts. I tucked in my shirt a little at the front because it was more of an oversized fit look. My Tom's Wedges are the most comfortable shoes that I have. I wear them to work all the time, and my feet never hurt.
