Work, Work, Work
Happy Monday everyone!
I hope everyone had a great weekend and started today off in some sort of positive way. Let me tell you, all I wanted to do was stay in bed and watch Halloween movies all day! But getting up for work was really tough, I managed to find a positive in my day with a cup of coffee :)
With this new job that I have, I needed to buy some more business casual attire for the office and I found some of the cutest stuff at Nordstrom Rack. That place is full of amazing deals!! I wanted to share with you one of my work outfits that is so simple and for a great price. All you need is the basics to make an outfit complete :)
The long grey pencil skirt was only $16.00 and the black long sleeve t-shirt material top was $14.00! These two basic pieces can be worn with so many different outfits as well. I loved putting these two together because I love the way black and grey look together, and it is a more sophisticated look to it.
The skirt is very comfortable and soft, it isn't like most skirts where you have to break them in. On the back there is a gold thick zipper that I think is very stylish! But I love this color because I could wear almost any colored top or blouse with this.
This is one of my favorite fall scarfs. All the colors just scream FALL! :) But what I love about this, is that it can be worn as a scarf or a poncho/wrap. This was given to me as a Christmas gift a couple of years ago and it was a bargain deal at Macy's. This design is very popular and I will include a link so you can find it yourselves!
Work outfits don't always have to be dull, add some basic fun pieces to your wardrobe and I promise you, you will be able to put so many outfits together :)
