Sunday fun day

Happy Sunday everyone :) today was such a great day! It was around 80 degrees and nothing but sun. Today I got up and had a nice run along the canal and then my roommate and I went to Musèe du Louvre and visited Mona Lisa and Venus de Milo. It was really cool getting to see these famous paintings and statues in person. The Louvre is huge! And you could stay all day and you still wouldn't be able to finish the whole thing, it's amazing. The ceilings are absolutely breath taking, I was walking with my head up half the time because I was mesmerized. I may or may not have ran into a couple people.... But hey I was enjoying art! 

My roommate and I decided to be basic tourists and take the classic tourist pictures. Not going to lie, it was really fun

I finished the day off with an amazing dinner from my host mom. She made grilled potatoes with parmasian cheese sprinkled on them with grilled chicken, with a side of tomato monzerlla and basil and for dessert was a coffee flavored custard 😍 I'm happy. 

Tomorrow I don't have class so I am going to try and explore some more! Have a good Sunday!
